(If more than 100 miles round trip from Faribault, $20 added)

• Trashouts – Dependant on size of job
• Home winterization - $140.
• Home De-winterization - $120.
• Changing locks (up to 3 locks, no lockbox included.  Lockbox is $20 more)- $100.
(I also post trespass flyers & take digital pictures if needed)
• Occupancy check/Trip fee - $20 base fee for up to 1 hour drive time.  1-2 hour fee is $30.
Over 2 hour to be arranged prior to job acceptance.
If I have another job near the address I charge the base fee only.
